Craig V The Hirshfeld and Hirshfeld law office practice was and has been incredible. Timely response, great knowledge of the law, fair and honest communication. Tina Guilbault Retained stacey to help with a custody case and she was more than excellent and reasonably priced about 8yrs ago, so Im going to retain her again for another one!! She is the only attorney Ive ever met that was straightforward on what she culd and wuld do for us. I was in traffic court one day a few yrs after she helped us and she told me she culd help my son as she did traffic, criminal and family cases, which I didnt kno at the time. She was always respectful of us and kept us in the loop on what was going on which was appreciated as most kno lawyers dont like to do. Shes great so I wuld personally recommend her to everyone that needs a laywer!! Anyone posting a bad review or a 1 star must not have done what she told them to do in order to win their case or else she didnt take their case...she wont take it if she dont think she can win it!!

M Ive used Tina in two custody situations and as my divorce lawyer over the span of ten years and in ever situation I couldnt of gotten a better outcome. Currently I have full custody of all three of my children and my alimony was close to nothing. Everyone circumstances are different, but she will fight hard for you in any situation you throw at her. Hopefully I will never need her again, but if I do shes always my first choice!

Janelle Adams Nicole represented me in my divorce and then subsequent custody modification and child support violations. My oldest child is severely disabled and has many unique behavior and health challenges. Nicole understood my number one priory was stability and safety for my children, especially my son. I felt she did a nice job of articulating to the Court the nuances within my case and ultimately, I am pleased with the outcome. Nicole was even able to get some of my lawyer fees reimbursed by the opposing council. In my experience however, the Court gave too many chances to the Respondent who continued to violate court ordered support payments and custody agreements. I wish the Court and Support Collection Unit would hold individuals more accountable and would assign actual consequences. Nicole had a professional and respectful rapport with every Judge we encountered and at the end of it all, she was able to persuade the Court to order a psychiatric evaluation and drug testing. This ultimately resulted in me being granted sole custody and visitations with their dad are only as can be mutually agreed. My children are safe and have stability, which has always been my top priority. Hopefully I do not need to retain a lawyer again, but if I do, I will certainly return to this firm.
