2 /5 Justin Abisror: The receptionist was wonderful, the office was clean, and the lobby had free coffee… but beyond that, I can’t recommend this firm. My husband and I requested to review our final draft before submission (if you’re reading this, make sure you do the same!) When we received it, there were countless typos & major errors…. wrong ZIP codes, my birthdate incorrect, and even a passport expiration date listed as the issue date, which could have gotten our case denied immediately. Instead of fixing these, we were told, “We’re only human, we make mistakes too,” and expected to proofread everything ourselves at home, then email them our corrections. After hours of stress, we submitted our revisions.. only to find many were ignored, leading to 5 rounds of back-and-forth revisions. We eventually had to go in person to finalize everything because even the “final” version still had mistakes. Most of the staff were friendly, but the person handling our case seemed impatient, as if we were taking too much of their time. For the price we paid, we shouldn’t have had to do their job for them. If you use this firm, triple-check everything yourself. Their mistakes could have cost us everything

5 /5 Aby Baby: I cannot explain how happy me and my wife now is. I never expected my case will be this much faster. In this law firm you can trust, within no time my WP approved, GC approved. It barely took four months ( I can’t still believe it). May be it’s a law firm with the name David. But in the riverhead branch Receptionist Lu is the face of the law firm. She helped us a lot, always there to resolve any queries or to make appointments etc.. .The paralegals the attorneys made the whole process easier and faster, especially in these times, when they have less approval rates and mandatory interviews. This is a win win not only me, my whole family. We went into this firm with full confidence and they will let you go down. Worth for the price. Thank you Immigration Law Offices of David M. Mayra Lu was very helpful and I love her positive energy, every time I call she has this happy energy and always willing to help. Manny was amazing too. Overall I got a great experience using their Riverhead office and I will definitely recommend them.

1 /5 emily kessler: We drove an hour for a 12:30 appointment. When we made the appointment we told the person on the phone we were driving an hour to go to the appointment and that my husband had work after.. When we arrived there were maybe 50ppl in front of us and some event going on. We were told we had to wait behind everyone in the waiting room and it didnt matter that we had an appointment. Dont waste your time... in response to their comments. We were in fact given a specific appointment time and no one disclosed this was some kind of first come first serve event. Its certainly not my fault whoever spoke to me on the phone didnt make any record of the what I said when I booked the appointment. Im not surprised by that though looking at the disorganized cattle call I walked into. Updated 3/4... despite me removing my number from their list, they are still texting my private number. It never stops with this company... STAY AWAY
