Shannara Feliciano This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.

C An overall professional and friendly experience. Mark and his staff are friendly and I was able to simply bring in my forms and sign a few papers during a single ~10 minute appointment. I received my return as a direct deposit and it came very quickly which was very convenient!

manon fancher Just opened two accounts at this fabulous bank. I was surprised at how easy and smoothly it went. Usually it takes a lot longer. I got checks, debit card, two accounts in a short time. All questions answered. Only question I have is why would I ever bank anywhere else. The people who work there are really wonderful.
