1 /5 Chin Heirs LLC: customers always loitering out front by the entrance sign...smoking. vaping. Etc. As a Ulster county tax payer, property owner and active voter this angers me. We the people are very generous towards the poor. And we need to have a residency clause for benefit eligibility. We need to take care of the existing people here 1st. Not advertise and bring more people in. The current uc government administration is poorly mis managed. We spend over $3,000. Per each hotel room. for over 90 + families. Property taxes are too high. And 40% of the uc budget goes to social services and free county buses. Unfortunately there are very little career opportunities here. And the best jobs with the best benefits are tax payer funded. Wake up people. Because once novo / peter buffet leaves town, our non profit backbone will be fractured.

5 /5 Patrick Kelly: I was there for a SAAM appointment I saw Thomas, he was pleasant to deal with and it did not take much time.

5 /5 L: The sheriffs at the door and throughout DSS are always so nice when we have to come to social services. We really appreciate how comfortable they make us feel when we are there. But the people at the window in temporary assistance are always rude when you have to ask a question. I always dred having to walk up to that window.

1 /5 Charles Bishop: I called to explain my situation for the Medicaid side Department of Social Services Kingston NY the lady I spoke to had poor customer service raised her voice at me and wouldn’t transfer to her supervisor hung the phone up on me and is ignoring my phone calls every time I got transferred poor customer service I been discriminated
