Kerry Demarest Anytime I have a client (Im a bookkeeper) who wants to change banks but remain local, I recommend CFCU. This has been the case even before they hired Shine who handles business accounts. But its Shine who is so helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable that makes me appreciate this bank so much Im writing a review. Since I only work with small businesses, its a fairly old-school concept that I get a real, dedicated person to assist with my accounts. It used to be like that with all the banks here, but that kind of relationship with a bank has been disappearing for years. Thank you Shine for all your help with all my clients all the time! Unger Kat (Kat) I switched to key bank from national bank of Coxsackie because my card kept getting frozen for normal transactions. Ever since I switched to KeyBank, it’s been easy. I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.

Angry Boomer Im a small time investor but they treat me like a millionaire! Ray K. is an amazing advisor. He will just call me out of the blue at times just to see how Im doing and give me a run down on my portfolio. (Even though I started with less than 30k). He saw me through the pandemic thus far taking me from an initial loss of around 6-7k to a 30% gain over my original deposit! (Results may vary). He always returns may calls! If you pulled your funds in the midst of "pandemic losses" you made an amateur mistake - dont blame Poppy, blame your self! Ray wasnt afraid to call me and tell me about the initial losses. He told me to sit tight which I already knew having watched people lose money during 911 because they withdrew it in a panic. Anyway five stars to Poppy and especially to Ray - Thanks!
