He took time to insure we understood our coverage, answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable of all areas of insurance and was incredibly nice. After a couple of years of being ignored and overcharged by our current company, it was great to work with Tim. He’s very considerate, polite and caring. I would highly recommend him.
