1 /5 lasardo ralph: I was satisfactorily insured for a number of years. After a 20% increase I found better rates elsewhere. It was quite a hassle for me to convince them I had alternate insurance. They claimed not to receive the fax from my new insurance and insistent on an email. I have yet to get a time frame on when I will receive my refund on unpaid insurance. To be fair I was satisfied with their rates for a few years, but they made it a real hassle to leave them. I just don’t think that was something I expect from professionals.

1 /5 Roberto Minardi: Called to cancel policy a month before and agent frank shettino completly failed to complete my request. Now have 2 missed payments even though proof of insurence was sent weeks before. Ruined my credit because of there negligence. Customer for 5 years and worst isurence for all 5 of them. Look elsewhere.

3 /5 Lisa Zappi: I am upset. I got my mortgage and it says my Allstate went up to 1069.77. Had no idea it was approx 400 a year. Thats a big increase! No idea. Why wasnt i notified? Been with Allstate for years! Livid

I do like to thoroughly understand all details and Thomas G. and the SI Allstate team have responded so quickly to all concerns. I have recommended two different friends to review with Allstate and will continue to do so. Allstate has the brand, but members like Thomas bolster it.
