Mine was particularly complicated by an uninsured driver who switched out his license plate. He explained everything to me and was very sympathetic. He always returned calls very quickly as well. Serita, in his office is wonderful, thorough, and no-nonsense. Having people you can trust and feel comfortable with in a vulnerable time is invaluable. I cant refer them highly enough.
