Ill be honest, I had no idea what I was doing or expecting from this process. I contacted Karen Lowe(my lawyer)and she took it from there. I had left my job, RN, of 23 years after having a left sided hip pain, for over 2.5 yes. This pain left me helpless. I was at my wits end ...I had no income for over two and half years. I finally had received a diagnosis of severe left hip osteoarthritis; my hip was bone on bone. Karen was such an empathetic listener. Karen was well versed with the medical history and presented the case to the judge,demonstarting how my condition prevented work.She explained my options and worked tirelessly to obtain a positive outcome.
