As a retired attorney (but not an Elder Attorney), I found Megan exceptionally well versed in the relevant laws, including potential pitfalls. They believed us and persevered (including through the pandemic) with the case. While it took a few years, the Morelli team was able to reach a settlement for our family to be compensated for our loss. The Morelli team was empathetic and responsive to our questions and needs. While I fervently hope that such a thing never happens to our family again, I would not hesitate to re-engage Morelli for future legal needs.
