Saltzman Mike (Magitek) Context: Policy lapsed due to mistaken non-payment. The account was linked to a bank account which was compromised and closed and i forgot to update payment and missed the letter letting me know. Thats my fault... ...But being told straight out by Tom, our agent of 7+ years, that "i cant help you, go find a new agent" as his reply when I asked how to fix this... strikes me as just awful form. Told my new agent about this situation, and he said: "Why wouldnt he have called you to let you know there were payment problems...? or just helped you get payment straightened out when you brought it up?" Good questions, I wondered the same thing. 3 Star because as awful as I think the relationship ended, the 7 years we worked with Tom were fine.

Bridget Johnson Dave has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. He is VERY receptive to emails and phone calls and is very quick in his responses and call backs. He has always gone above and beyond to help me with all my concerns and has always been very helpful! He takes care of everything for you and there is never any confusion. I would recommend anyone to switch over! You will not be disappointed. I will never go anywhere else!

Everyone can agree that insurance is the evil no one wants or asks for....but everyone in this office really does care about their clients. I never felt like a number. I felt seen and heard and most importantly, they were able to lower my rate while offering me better coverage.
