TD Bank - Hudson (NY)

1 /5 Georgia Gibson: I, as a td customer on April 30, 2025 went to deposit a check, I was the only drive up customer, two ladies inside were helping one customer each but more so each were entertaining themselves with the customers, one motioned twice that she would assist me but “eventually” the other lady came and assisted me but took twice as long as usual, while putting my information in the system for my deposit both ladies kept visiting, it took at least 30 minutes just for a deposit, I could totally understand if that was a busy time, I’ve always been pleased but not this time.

5 /5 Steve Lipman: I like TD Bank in general but this branch goes above and beyond. I got into the drive through at about 4:57 and really needed a check cashed (not from TD), Im from out of state, and desperately needed the money to get home. I didnt catch the tellers name but she really helped me out and stuck around a little bit after 5 to help me out. I just figured this branch needed a shout out and if the teller reads this. . . Thanks Again!

1 /5 Natalia Millan DeRuzzio: I never do this type of reviews but this is ridiculous!!! The Hudson TD Bank branch has the worst costumer service!!!I have been there three times with my mother to add a beneficiary, including during the week two hours before closing and on a Saturday, and there is never availability for walking for anyone with tight schedules. No lines or people waiting, still no appointments to offer to costumers for the same day! How long does it take to add a person to an account? 15’? Same woman always denying access!
