TD Bank - Hudson (NY)

John Brozowski My daughter attends school here and has had a great experience. The campus is beautiful and the school is constantly improving the facilities. The administration is very proactive and for a small college I’m impressed with how much they do for the students. Campus life is welcoming and they offer many things to do outside of the classroom. Winter can be tough with winds off the lake but school is not in session during the worst part of winter. Fall and spring are nice and summer is beautiful. The town is small but they had recently been awarded a huge amount of money by the state and the results are stunning, they have really done a great job improving the downtown and port area and are currently working on a new marina.

Paul Rector Korina is awesome. She is prompt and very helpful. She is patient with me. As a business owner I am very busy and on the go, she finds time to work around my schedule. We meet monthly and go over my business finances it helps me to cut back on items that I dont need and make adjustments in other areas. She helped me when I was in a jamb. To me that says a lot. I highly recommend her to anyone who takes their finances seriously.. Great Job Korina!. Thank you

Jim and his team did an exceptional job with helping me after my mom passed away with all of financial records made things very easy and a smooth transition. Everyone in the office is very helpful and very trustworthy if you have a question or concern they are very willing to help solve your problem in an instant. Jo Suss First bad experience I had. I Had stopped to get cash in two certain amounts. Wanted two separate amounts. Because, 1- I Had to pay a bill in a specific amount . The Teller in Guilderland wasnt very friendly. We had a miscommunication and he did apologize. Then there was a period of silence while I waited for my other withdrawal amount. He then said oh I didnt understand you. I finally completed the transaction. Was going to the back entrance looking for a rest room. He exclaimed you cant go out that way across the whole branch. Said I was looking for the restroom, and said there wasnt one for the public to use. I never have a problem going to other branches. They are especially courteous and very friendly service in Johnstown or Gloversville, NY. Still love this bank!
