I am an experienced lawyer acting as trustee under the Trust and I knew this was a complicated area. I was referred to Muchnik Elder Law by a top trust and estate attorney who was not an expert in elder law and but recognized that I needed specialized advice, especially about the rules and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid eligibility. Kirill quickly explained the core issues and was able to give me practical guidance about disbursing funds from the Trust, together with an outline of issues a trustee needed to be aware of in the future. Cassidy Call Waiting several months and counting to close on a house. Quick easy deal, skipped all inspections to make things go quicker. Allowed their client to put their house on the market without a title. Refuses to answer anything you ask and try to discuss until 5 minutes before leaving the office on a Friday. Incompetent and idiotic on any information and thinks that he knows every little bit of information. Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money and patience dealing with them. Going to back out of a deal because they cant do any paperwork in a timely manner.
