I am an experienced lawyer acting as trustee under the Trust and I knew this was a complicated area. I was referred to Muchnik Elder Law by a top trust and estate attorney who was not an expert in elder law and but recognized that I needed specialized advice, especially about the rules and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid eligibility. Kirill quickly explained the core issues and was able to give me practical guidance about disbursing funds from the Trust, together with an outline of issues a trustee needed to be aware of in the future.
