Judi Simcox James Birch was referred to me from a friend. After spending weeks trying to navigate the Real ID DMV nightmare I was referred to James Birch. I am from New Jersey but when attempting to process a new NJ Drivers license it was blocked by a ticket in upstate New York from 1995. Without clearing up this issue with upstate New York you cannot renew a license in New Jersey. After speaking to James Birch concerning this frustrating process and having him assist me in this process, I was able to finally get a NJ Real ID license.
