Had to deal with Allstate Claim Rep regarding an accident that involved my daughter in NJ. They were not very helpful at all. Told me the national trucking company that hit my daughter had no insurance and there was nothing Allstate could do for me and I was on my own. So I thought I would try my luck with my agent. Best decision ever. Steve and Stork Insurance immediately (within hours) sent out requests (email and certified letter) to the trucking company, along with other necessary documents, for payment for repairs and towing bills. Needless to say, the trucking company had no other option but to take care of the bills. Allstate couldnt bother to help me. However Steve and Stork Insurance took the time to make me feel like the most important customer they had. Could not have been happier. Thank you Steve and Stork Insurance!

Unfortunately, last month, my SUV was struck by a tree during a terrible windstorm. Luckily, no one was hurt but significant damage was done to the SUV. Matt Stork, as well as others on staff, provided me with the assistance that I needed to get a rental car and my SUV repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend Stork Insurance Agency.
