1 /5 Matthew Malinovsky: When I first came to the company via word of mouth for my garage policy i dealt with a very nice lady named Debbie. Shes great. Then after the first few months I started speaking with a women named Barb and she has been very rude and demanding since the start. Had some hickups in my ventures and she gets all bent out of shape over them. Would not deal with her if you are a newcomer. Would like to rate no starts but i cannot. Beware.

From the delightful office staff, all the way to the owner himself, when I have needed them, they have been there, and have treated me like family. I have received valuable advice that has saved me thousands of dollars over time and left me better protected. I even received a call back in the middle of the night during an emergency 2 years ago! 1 /5 grant goldpenny: Agency was not upfront or easy to understand with details of my policy. Insurance ended up being canceled because they never notified me of a mandatory interview. I wish I would have just stuck with my policy through Julie coy at State Farm.
