Vicki Mae Ive had nothing but wonderful, fast service with this bank, and every interaction has been stellar. Today was just an absolutely rotten day for me, and along came Jessica. Her smiling face and happy demenor always make such a world of difference. I left with a smile on my face and 2 little ducks in my pocket after an exchange asking how I was doing, and a reply of "oh, just ducky."
