1 /5 Helen Baildon: Total s show didnt receive my mail in income slip , failed to return calls and admitted when faxed their fax machine not working right when I hand delivered paperwork. Ended snap on April 30 n just sent letter postmarked June . And new letter says they giving me 29 something in snap for May. And my benefits back to what they were before all started. Oh recert papers sent week after phone in recert was scheduled n thats what started this whole mess .

4 /5 Nate Grow: Usually very friendly whenever I go there! The security guards usually always make you feel welcomed! The one downfall is that the wait time to see a worker is a little crazy, especially when theres nobody else there waiting but you, ya know?

1 /5 LoriLee Smith: The phone number that was given to me to inquire about replacing my Social Security card they do not even let my phone ring. I just get a message and they hang up and then I have to wait another hour and 20 minutes and this will probably happen again and I’ve been told by many people. This is the way it happens.

5 /5 Carrie: They were very polite and helpful. I didnt have to wait very long to be seen and they worked very efficiently. The best experience Ive ever had there, hands down.

5 /5 Marpha Damon: I have to bring my daughter to this office. Very small place, but I am glad that they have security, and he was doing a great job at checking everyone who comes in. They need a much bigger place just to fit everyone in there. But they are friendly. I like that.
