Shelly VanAtta Recently I decided to switch with another insurance company and I am so grateful I did. NY Central Mutual with Walls insurance has been outstanding with their service, quotes and communication. Their on-line/APP services are also easy to set up and use. I am saving about $1,000 a year in savings in home and car insurance compared to my former carrier. Steven Cobb has been fantastic. He was very friendly and expeditious with his responses and with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Shaienda Kiera Paul helped me with my insurance she is very patient and she makes sure she gets everything done. I like how respectful she is…she deserves to get a raise they don’t make them like her anymore.

steven leahy I dealt with Leslie who has the patience of a saint dealing with the changes I requested, not 1, not 2, but 3 times. She is always eager to help and has a great disposition for someone working with the public. A very lovely woman and one of the reasons my wife and I do not shop for any other insurance agent. A pleasure to work with.

Brian Koehler This company is a joke. Try to get anything done on the customer service line and try not to lose your mind. The worst experience Ive had with any claim. They want you to give up so they can keep your money. Also why do yall have 3 reviews. Deleting the bad ones eh?
