David White My relationship with Thomkins Insurance started when I applied for a HELCO. During that process I spoke to an agent about my home owners policy but decided to stay with Security Mutual. This spring all my policies were up for renewal in June. My previous agent who had been with for years retired. I took that opportunity to look into upgrade my policies and saving Some money. That when I had a conversation with Lisa. She reviewed my policies and found a couple of issues that were costing me extra. I was able to get a refunded on the overcharged items. Lisa came back with premiums on my three policies that saved me some money. I was able to cancel my existing policies and get a full refund. The change over went smoothly and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you

Rob Wheeler I recently purchased a brand new Massey Ferguson 1840M and at around 25 hours of use the left front bucket dump/curl hydraulic cylinder began leaking. I called CNY Farm Supply and they had a tech at my house within an hour with a brand new cylinder and he was done in about 20 minutes! I was blown away by the prompt service, you dont see that nowadays. I cant recommend them enough from sales to service A++++

Ive been a member of vfcu for four years now and no problems at all. The staff are friendly, Knowledgeable, and know me by name. Only downside that I can think of, its very hard to reach a live representative by phone.
