Jill DeMatteo Purchased a used beautiful JD 320 riding mower! Started with a phone call to Clifton Park. Paul was very helpful steered me in the right direction. Call up to Malone NY branch where I worked w/Chet in sales. Long story short, he had it sent (no charge) to their MountainView branch in Plattsburgh where I picked it up after a thorough lesson from general manager Tom who was very patient. This is different from any riding mower Ive owned and Ive had three in 40 years. Chet is even sending me a manual! Got a parts discount on a seat cover and some oil courtesy of military discount which I greatly appreciated. Excellent all-around teamwork and service. I hope to have this for many years but when its time for another one Im going right back to these guys. Well done. Thank you.
