5 /5 Sean: Robert was referred to us by our amazing realtor Erin McCarthy. Robert was fantastic as well as his secretary Hope. Hope is the real star of the show getting all the behind the scenes done and made simple for a home buyer. Robert walked me through the entire process before it began and it was a walk in the park. Come closing day everything was all set up and he walked through every document I signed and every check I filled out. If you want to take a stressful process and eliminate some of that stress I highly recommend Robert and Hope. Combined with the rest of the team they are the reason I am know a home owner. 1 /5 Aloha O Kona: Rarely am I compelled to write a one-star review but feel that it was richly deserved in this circumstance. We did not feel that this attorney was staffed to be able to care for our real estate transaction in a timely manner. At al...... Our initial communication early on went well but when "crunch time" came between Realtors, lenders, and the sellers attorney we felt that It took much much longer than we was acceptable to get what we needed in the way of paperwork from our representation back to the sellers attorney. Our circumstance was unique as we were friends with the seller, so there was a bit more transparency in this real estate transaction. I finally ended up having to get into the car and drive to the law office of Mr Jacobson and "introduce" myself in person and inquire as to why our recent inquiries were not being replied to? The responses were not acceptable. It became my opinion that they were too busy to accommodate us and given the fact that interest rates were quickly climbing and climbing, we decided that it would be of great benefit to us to drop the law firm and move over to a different one. In doing so, we experienced communication in a timely fashion with which expedited the process and gave us peace of mind. Peace of mind above all.
