1 /5 Nicole Roventini: She was hired to help with child support issues. We were charged over $100 to do a 15 minute consultation. We waited forever for her to get started on the case. We ended up taking matters into our own hands and did it ourselves. We called her to let her know we no longer needed her services. She then charged $250 because that day coincidentally she finally reviewed the papers we set 2 weeks ago and made one phone call...after we sorted it all out ourselves. $350 for nothing.

1 /5 Derek LaClair: Lydia Young is not concerned about you or your concerns. She will take your money, of course, but do not expect timely results. Do not expect a courteous demeanor. Do not expect professional value. She is bogged down with so many court cases in child court that all other matters fall by the wayside. Is she flexible in working around your work schedule? Absolutely not. Is she responsive in a timely manner? A resounding no. I would take my business elsewhere as other law practices in the area are far more capable of handling your problems.

1 /5 Mckayla West: I called to try and get some information and the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude immediately, in addition to not being particularly helpful or knowledgeable. Id go elsewhere if you need a lawyer.

1 /5 East Coast Fixes: I recently had christina curri on my child custody case and might I say I was very dissappointed. Considering my circumstances surrounding my case, full custody shouldve been easy to achieve, yet in 3 months and zero communication in the courtroom all I have is parenting time. Would not reccommend.

1 /5 Lucas Goldie: My experience with Lydia Young as legal counsel was deeply disappointing. During a highly challenging child custody case, I expected sound legal guidance and strong advocacy. Instead, I was repeatedly met with dismissive remarks, such as being told, "This new judge is difficult," rather than receiving meaningful legal strategy based on the facts of my case. When I sought to take proactive steps to secure my parental rights, I was discouraged and labeled as "unreasonable." On multiple occasions, I was even threatened with withdrawal of representation, which felt more like a pressure tactic than professional counsel. Legal matters, especially those involving child custody, require dedicated and objective representation. Unfortunately, my experience with this office left me feeling unsupported and unheard. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal assistance.
