I have worked with several different attorneys ( Lauren Enea, Stella King, Sara E. Meyers),as well as paralegals, and each and every individual, (including the receptionists), were professional, responsive and compassionate, especially with particularly difficult circumstances. The pandemic presented additional challenges, and they never skipped a beat or dropped a ball in taking care of business.
Although they have probably done this hundreds, if not thousands of times, they clearly understood that was my first experience with many of these situations and they were always ready and willing to explain and re-explain in a patient a respectful manner. I can honestly say that there wasn’t one instance over the years when they didn’t get back to my emails or phone calls in a timely fashion, which is quite extraordinary for any business.
The wide range of services they offer make for one-stop shopping, which gave me the feeling of being in a family practice where I knew them and they knew me. In addition, their legal fees were reasonable and very transparent, and I never felt that they were trying to drive up the bills. And when needed, they provided referrals to other qualified professionals.
