3 /5 Jack Bulmer: We have been customers for many years, more than ten. I always thought the price was high for senior citizens with a very uncomplicated tax return. Social Security, a pension, a few dividends, RMDs, and standard deduction. Then in the last two years they have increased the price of doing our returns, twice. By fifty dollars, then by another seventy-five dollars, in spite of no changes in the complexity of our return. Rather than chance another price increase, we changed preparers, and now pay what we were paying a few years ago. They priced themselves right out of our business.
