1 /5 Sonia Tempone: Everyone BEWARE!!!!!! NEVER EVER do business with this person. He took my payment in full for the year and NEVER insured my property. I did not know this until the following year when I tried to contact him about my renewal, He would not return my calls for a month, I finally contacted another agent and this is how I found out my property was never insured. It cost me a fortune to reinsure my property as it shows up as a lapse of insurance has happened. I did recover my money back from him eventually but still having issues with his company. PLEASE NEVER EVER use this company!!!!!!!

1 /5 Eric Mekuli: I’ve been with them for many years and they were good for many years but in the last year and a half something changed there. I always paid six months to six months policy later they will slip a bill here and three around $400 which I believe went straight to them never went to Allstate every time I call they’ll be different amount for the same bill, different person different amount and then from around 1700 and change my six month policy went to 2500 and change and then from 2500to 4200 and change for six months. This is within a year and a half no accidents no tickets clean record then I changed went to State Farm and when I try to cancel them they wouldn’t cancel until pay them $760.dollars I contacted Allstate main office they canceled my insurance and there was no money to pay for cancellation. I asked the agent in the main Allstate office why Allstate raised my insurance so high within a year and a half they told me that my agent kept raising my yearly mile usage from 7000 to 8000 to 13000 per year and that’s why my insurance went to 4200+ I called the agent‘s office and told them I canceled Allstate insurance policy with the main office they still called me back and tried to steal that payment for me.

They listen carefully and make the process of buying insurance, filing claims easy and seamless. I have had my auto and home policies with this agency for well over thirty years.
