1 /5 Tricia Gay: Really disappointed. After 20 years of my Dad being an Allstate policy holder, He recreantly received a car policy that doubled with no incidents over a 6 month period. I called with my dad (who is elderly) to be a second sets of ears and understanding and we spoke to Courtney she gave us incorrect information and when I went to ask her about deductible and told her what we were quoted from Geico, she snuffed "Fine, then go with the other company." I explained to her that we do not know much about insurance, so we asked questions to clarify. She then hung up! We ended up dropping them and going with Geico and saving $700 per year on the same policy. Its crazy because we wanted to stay with Allstate, but cant tolerate abrasiveness for no reason. I was literally Flabbergasted.
