Progressive Insurance - Claims Office - New Hyde Park (NY)

1 /5 Arthur Cup: Progressive has made accounting, billing, & clerical errors which put my 10 year old company Boost Enterprises Inc out of business. Progressive was reported to the Illinois Department of Insurance. Progressive admitted to some accounting & clerical errors to the Illinois Department of Insurance and sent a letter with a check for a refund after they put the company out of business. This refund still does not do justice due as other outstanding accounting & clerical errors still exist & what Progressive did to my company Boost Enterprises Inc. A demand letter was sent to Progressive and they failed to comply there for a lawsuit was filed in Dupage County, IL. To all customers of Progressive. Check your transactions, check your premiums, & refunds due back to you. This company Progressive is a train wreck waiting to happen. See photos attached as proof.

4 /5 Chideya Osong: I got hit by a delivery truck and they dropped me a few months after. I had been with them for years. Thought they initially dropped me. Found that my insurance had to be "updated" which made the rate go up, but so far its been better with them compared to others

1 /5 Michael Chapman: Not a big review writer but Progressive is inefficient in its back office systems. Cant blame the workers. I blame corporates reliance on computers and not common sense.

1 /5 sencho avetisian: I had one-way insurance coverage. My car was broken. Progress didnt help me. I bought their insurance in vain. I dont advise anyone to sign a contract with this insurance company. irresponsible and scammers. this is my personal experience. I wish everyone safe driving
