1 /5 Austin Nowak: This woman and her staff treated me and my girlfriend horribly after an accident. I asked simple and polite questions and was verbally assaulted by Penny’s employee including extremely vulgar language before she hung up on me. When I was finally able to reach Penny herself (not easy to do) she justified the disgusting actions of her employee and went on to use more vulgar and threatening language with me. I was extremely shaken after an accident and all this firm did was make it worse
