After convincing me to use their colleagues for my property sales as well as to oversee the packing, storing and shipping of an entire house full of valuable heirloom antiques, they effectively stole my property. From the onset, bills were sent to me for “expenses” and “services” without details such as hourly rates or itemized costs. When I asked to speak with Tasso personally, he flippantly insisted everything checked out and I continued to pay. I was not permitted to use the shippers of my choosing, who had a BBB presence. Their movers refused to speak with me in English, intentionally putting me in a position to constantly need the services of the lawyer so that I was constantly paying two people just to maintain storage or communicate. When I asked for my belongings to be shipped to me, Pardalis and his associates went dead silent. I have spent months reaching out to Pardalis for assistance in releasing my belongings from his clutches, month after month they strung me along with emails claiming they were “looking into it” until they stopped replying. As a point of reference, Tasso leaves glowing reviews on the business pages of his colleagues, while I alert him to blatant misconduct, he pretends to know nothing about what is transpiring. Perhaps he might redirect his attention from inflating online ratings, to dealing with the the clients he is neglecting. My extensive, well documented correspondence with him and his associates reveal nothing more than a ring of defrauders believing they are beyond reproach.
