1 /5 William Deitrick: I would not recommend using them for a house sale/purchase at all. We used them to purchase a home and then sell it. Neither time did it close on the original date because they did not "get around to it" before the closing. If you do use them, expect to close at least 2 weeks later but probably closer to a month.
If you want communication, good luck. I had to continuously reach out to get updates on what was going on.
When we sold the house, they didnt even bother to handle the closure of our mortgage.
Overall, they are frustrating to work with, provide very little clarity throughout the process, have to me micromanaged to ensure things move along, and then dont even complete the things they are responsible for.
Do yourself a favor and find any other group.
