1 /5 William Deitrick: I would not recommend using them for a house sale/purchase at all. We used them to purchase a home and then sell it. Neither time did it close on the original date because they did not "get around to it" before the closing. If you do use them, expect to close at least 2 weeks later but probably closer to a month. If you want communication, good luck. I had to continuously reach out to get updates on what was going on. When we sold the house, they didnt even bother to handle the closure of our mortgage. Overall, they are frustrating to work with, provide very little clarity throughout the process, have to me micromanaged to ensure things move along, and then dont even complete the things they are responsible for. Do yourself a favor and find any other group.

But most important for me was that there were no follow-on legal issues post all of the paperwork being executed. And there were no follow-on legal issues. Great service. Dependable lawyer.

She was available to answer any of my questions, returned any phone calls promptly and kept me updated throughout the entire process of selling my fathers home. I would highly recommend Vindigni, Betro & Getman PLLC and would not hesitate one bit to use them if needed in the future.

5 /5 Justin Hawthorne: I am sure that 99% of real estate transactions close with little fanfare, but when our transaction went sour Jim Betro was a great ally. He counseled us on the law describing what we were and were not obligated to do as the seller and discussed possible courses of action. After making his recommendations he allowed us to make the final decision and carried out the desired action. I had no idea how ugly a real estate transaction could get, but I was glad to have his even temperament on our side.
