Steven Hoffmannn I invested my pension with Dennis several 8 years ago and it doubled as expected. When Dennis retired David took over and I continued to express this is my best egg and I planed on retiring in the next 12-18 months and wanted these funds as a safety net. David stated that he felt I could gain more income at a slightly higher risk but would still maintain these funds as a safety net. After agreeing to these changes, I lost 28% of my investments about 4 months ago. I am invested in 2030 funds and I am 60 years old. I can’t wait to regain my funds and change investors. I dropped less than 9% in my 401k. Hmm not good David

Erika Herrera This is a horrible cashing place ... today my father got robbed at gun point. After the detectives came to take the report and investigate... they advised that this cashing place has been reported with the most robberies. Having this knowledge as a business, they should take in consideration all their clients and shut down the place or move to a new location. Just because they say " becareful" doesnt make it better. They get a percent of our money and dont care what happens next. Its so strange that out of all these robberies ...the place itself hasnt been robbed ... hmmmm maybe just my imagination, but be aware about this situation.

Alicia Saunders Anand Financial delivers the best service in Queens. His staff is professional, fast and efficient. Covid guidelines are strictly followed and the girl in front is on top of it ! She will tell you like it is, as she should. (We are still in a pandemic and tax season is in full effect, so cool ya self.) Anand is a pleasant man and is extremely knowledgeable. Even though I had some screw ups on my taxes from payroll, Anand made me feel very comfortable by explaining and breaking down the issues. See you again in 2022 !

Jamie Andera I just want to acknowledge an employee. Hoping that Chelsea Robinson gets the credit she deserves. She is a professional and also compassionate. In this day and age its refreshing to work with a person and an establishment that excels in customer service. Ms. Robinson exemplifies this and more. I would like to commend her and if she were my employee, Id give her a raise, a promotion or at least take her to lunch! Thank you again Chelsea.

arnae walton I opened an account at the Bronx branch & the teller, Rosa Tua was very polite and helpful. She helped me every step of the way until I successfully opened an account with them! I felt comfortable and embraced here! Can’t wait to go back!
