1 /5 Jeremiah: Horrible experience with this loan company and location. I applied for a loan, which was subsequently approved. I was asked by Carmita to send bank statements and paystubs to which I did promptly. Today, I called to follow up, and some guy picked up and told me I was denied. I asked to speak with Carmita to inquire about why I was denied, and he says, " There is no reason to speak with her." He was passively aggressive and hostile about it. I hung up because his rambling was irritating. Frankly, everyone there has somewhat of a bad attitude. But thats fine. I was able to take a loan out with my bank, which provided excellent customer service and feedback when asked. Please avoid these lowlifes with bad attitudes. Its so unacceptable and unnecessary.

The rep, “Mr. Guy,” mocked me and made racially insensitive remarks when I called. Unprofessional and disappointing experience.And after giving me an approved offer simply did not include the self employment income what a scam
