People and corporations paying property taxes were coming glad with peoples who cars were towed.or.owed extensive.amounts of.parking tickets. law.abiding citizens just want.to.pay taxes. online system was not working. no kiosk in the area dedicated to pay property tax with the assistance of a representative.
