I was told going into this that the bank is always what holds real estate transactions up but Erika and her team were ALWAYS 5 steps ahead of everyone else, we never had to wait on them. The seller’s whole side was a complete and utter nightmare during this transaction. We dealt with so many delays and Erika and her team did EVERYTHING they could to help us not lose money after locking into our rate. I am beyond grateful. A lot of people questioned why I was using Homestead instead of a “going directly to the bank” and interestingly enough, before locking in, I spoke with a family member who recently started working at Chase. He gave me his best rates at the time and Erika was still able to get me the same rate but with even fewer points. Erika took the time to understand what was best for us and what was best given the wild market we were shopping in. This just solidified my belief that there wasn’t anyone better to have chosen for this transaction. I cannot recommend Erika highly enough. Her dedication to client satisfaction, coupled with her expertise and integrity, sets her apart.
