youbie i wish i had read these reviews before i had taken out a home insurance policy with Plymouth. They are evasive and will happily take your premiums for years and not even clearly explain coverage, just so they can deny claims when they occur. I just cancelled my policy after 3 years with them.

Terrence Carpentier I’ll be the first to admit I’m a pretty high maintenance customer when I need help with insurance related issues. The team at this location - especially Kate - are super efficient. I never have to hang up and call someone else or wait days for a response. When it comes to insurance matters, efficiency is the most impotent thing to me. I’ll send off an email or make a call and I’ll have the response I need almost immediately. Rates are also competitive - I’ve looked, as any prudent customer would do. I check reviews of everything before I buy, and it takes a lot for me to leave a positive review of anything because it’s rare you come across a product or service that TRULY delivers. 5 stars from me. A+

Clayton Grant For a large company that is concerned about customer service MET life has proved to me that there is NO sense of urgency to help their clients in their time of need. It has taken 6 weeks to process my short term disability claim. I have been told that more documentation is needed time and time again and that faxes have not been sent/recieved and my case manager has blamed my health care provider for not sending documents after I stood there and watched them send it. 7 times this has happened. Unless something miraculous happens I plan to drop MET insurance as soon as this case is settled, and tell everyone I work with of my experience and that they should consider another company for their insurance needs. I have tried to be patient and let the bureaucracy play out, but it seems that this approach does not work either. Also, it seems that actually calling their clients back after leaving several messages is just simply to much to ask.

Amy Thomas We’ve been clients for at least 20 years and have always had the best service from Rowledge & Falvo Insurance Agency. They are friendly, knowledgeable, always respond to calls and e-mails promptly, and we feel confident that we’re getting the best rates for our home and autos. We recently had to look for insurance on a new tractor and appreciated Sharon’s diligence in researching our best options, which turned out to be with the company we bought the tractor from instead of through the insurance agency. This shows great integrity and we are very grateful for that. I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews, but this is a business I am comfortable recommending to anyone in need of help with their insurance coverage.
