Nationwide Insurance: William J. Freyer - Schenectady (NY)

1 /5 Steven Silvestri: I turned in the plates to my car, brought the receipt to Mr. Friars agency showing that the plates were surrendered and destroyed, and They have lost the paperwork three times and I’m still being charged the policy amount. The staff is very unorganized irresponsible and disrespectful. When I was questioning them, the one lady hangs up on me. Based on this experience, I will never do business with them. PS the lady I was talking to was laughing in the background when I called back and talked to the assistant manager. The assistant manager, a.k.a. the bosses son had no idea what I was talking about. At this point in time I will give this business less than one. I wish I could’ve given them a zero because that is the grade. They deserve.

5 /5 Amber: Switched to nationwide after being with another company for years and paying way too much money for not great coverage. Switching was really easy and the women in the office were super friendly and helpful. Had a crack in my windshield and they were able to get someone out the next day. Also paying a great price for multiple vehicles.

1 /5 Damon Brockington: Lack of communication. Was told by a woman name Sheryl I’ll be insured only for my insurance to be canceled when my renewal date came. Call to get information only be given the run around and back and forth. Would likely recommend not wasting your time.

He made the process very quick and easy and now I’m all ready for when I move into my place. Thanks Jake and thank you to the William Fryer insurance group. Such great people and very knowledgeable.
