Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic. Angie actually, and get this, listened to my needs and the issues I was having with my current internet based Insurance company, and blew their doors off!!. I got a lower deductible, higher limits of liability, a comercial policy, and a cost savings to boot! All delivered with a cheerful smile! Now thats customer service! Stop into The Robert C. anthony scordino The ladys here are so sweet. Fast. One call, 5 minutes, the next day had amazing priced insurance compared to what I had. They are sweet, helpful, and do their jobs well. Id recommend.

Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.

Jackie fales Was involved in an accident in which I was not at fault. My insurance company at the time of the accident increased drastically- I reached out to Taylor who was quick to the rescue on helping me get into a cheaper more affordable car insurance. 10/10 with customer service and going above and beyond.

VICTOR LAHIRY I would rate them 5 stars. It was my first time doing a property insurance, Alon helped me with the best quote and the service. I had a bunch of questionaries been answered and Alons made everything done in a day. Definitely referable.
