They are great about responding to any questions, they have adjusted my insurance twice after finding better coverage at less cost, and they make it easy with auto pay. I was referred to Diamante Insurance by the national agent for progressive and as you may know Commercial Truck Insurance can be a bureaucratic nightmare in New York, but not with Olga and Diamante. They have experienced Insurance brokers who cut through the red tape and after days and days of headaches trying to get the proper procedure and jumping through hoops Olga got the job done in a few hours and got the policy going and got me insured at a fair rate. Margaret Lacey Berman I usually pay all of my insurance invoices directly on the Nationwide website. This year we were lucky enough to pay off our mortgage so I needed to pay our home insurance directly. The website had not been updated and would not permit me to pay the insurance invoice. So whenever I have an issue I call Frank Manos he always can help me with my insurance challenges. In a matter of minutes Frank updated the situation he was able to accept my payment (I did not want it to be late) and made sure I was set up for next years payment. Frank Manos has always been an outstanding insurance agent and it is a pleasure working with him.
