Kristina L I recently contacted RJ Caruso for some work I needed done. I sent a request through their website and was contacted back promptly. I was connected with Trisha who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to complete the work I needed done within a day and walked me through the process step-by-step. Taylor Tinneny Im giving 5 stars to one person and thats to Margarita. Im a little late doing this because I have two claims boys at home and they distract me. As she heard, she was so nice and friendly and didnt seem to be bothered by my noisy background. She was kind and we laughed about some things together. She made me feel very welcome. She helped me start my service and it was so easy because of her. She is wonderful and deserves a pizza party!!

V Chavez TERRIBLE customer service... I opened an acct online and received a call from a woman asking if I needed help from the bank this year...She NEVER informed me yall were closing my acct do to DocuSign docs that didnt come thru for 3days..I was told by fraud dept to open ANOTHER acct online and was AGAIN told its closed and now I have to go in.....Im not from NY Im from Orlando and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE met more DISENGAGED and JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE in my LIFE.....I wouldnt recommend this bank to my DOGS....These ppl are SHADY and they lie so watch out

MzGlam Lawrence This location is awesome from the tellers to the bank manager everyone is so nice and helpful. Everyone is so helpful from Andres, Alex and the bank manager Will. The environment is so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you guys so much for all that you do. My son enjoyed the visiting also with me (14 yrs old).
