She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent!
