Jake Cooper I work with Dan McAuliffe and his team. He is innovative with how he reduces risk and has far lower costs than the others I spoke to before moving my portfolio. I would highly reccomend working with Dan McAuliffe and his team at Equitable Advisors. Lastly if communication is important to you they have a proactive seevice model, I am constantly getting unprovoked updates!

Jo Suss First bad experience I had. I Had stopped to get cash in two certain amounts. Wanted two separate amounts. Because, 1- I Had to pay a bill in a specific amount . The Teller in Guilderland wasnt very friendly. We had a miscommunication and he did apologize. Then there was a period of silence while I waited for my other withdrawal amount. He then said oh I didnt understand you. I finally completed the transaction. Was going to the back entrance looking for a rest room. He exclaimed you cant go out that way across the whole branch. Said I was looking for the restroom, and said there wasnt one for the public to use. I never have a problem going to other branches. They are especially courteous and very friendly service in Johnstown or Gloversville, NY. Still love this bank!
