We sent the required commission documentation on April 8th for a June 3rd closing. We were then asked to resend it twice after the closing (on June 12th and 13th), only to be told the problem was with the other real estate office. That was simply not true — the documentation was clear and accurate from the beginning.
Working with Kit and Tiffany was incredibly frustrating. Kit was unprofessional, combative, and unable to handle a simple calculation or take accountability. Tiffany was rude and dismissive on the phone, talking over us instead of listening to the facts. Neither made any effort to resolve the issue collaboratively, even when provided with documentation and proof.
While I didn’t work with Nick directly, the conduct of his staff reflects poorly on the entire firm.
If you’re considering legal representation in Herkimer, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — even if that means going to Utica, Syracuse, Rochester, or Albany. The lack of professionalism here is not worth the risk.
