My experience with Kurt Richards has been nothing short of spectacular & quite an eye opener.
Our conversation was an education in the complexities of “straight forward matters” I am currently facing after my partners death
For peace of mind & verification of you or your loved one’s final wishes is followed seamlessly upon death, call Kurt & set up a consultation with him BEFORE it is too late as it is for me.
As it stands, it is an upheaval of my entire life.
My partner spent thousands on Trust attorneys to ensure that his wishes for distribution could be easily carried out. He was sure of it.
It is the v opposite & there is no legal remedy for me, very little or anything can be done to rectify matters.
My experience does not have to be yours.

He is so extremely knowledgeable, forth coming, direct while being empathetic.
For you, retain him & get a thorough understanding & advice - while you still have the time.
It is much too late for me. The Trust & Real Estate matters are NOT set up as my late partner wanted or understood.
Be aware, any and all documents signed off on are legally binding & exhausting & extremely expensive to rectify - if at all possible.
I implore you to please call and have him review your plans; discuss potential issues and take care of them as soon as possible.
Or call & set up your legal issues - wills, deeds, real estate, etc
My partner signed a document about 9 yrs ago and thought it was straight forward.
His final letter conveyed his appreciation for me & my caregiving. He said “with the Trust, I hope you can see how much you meant to me & how I respect & appreciate you”.
Ultimately, there is a tremendous disconnect & ultimately, unresolved legal issues which Kurt pointed out are not in my favor.
Had we have known or made aware, it would have been rectified sooner- before it was too late.
It will cost you way more spiritually & financially than his consultation fee.
