1 /5 Francois Caudrillier: If youre looking for someone to protect your interest in a divorce case run away. Hes content with shuffling paperwork back and forth with the opposing lawyer charging you with every transaction. He will let the divorce proceedings drag on as long as possible. I had to request that the judge set a date to get things finalized and he waited til the day before we were supposed to meet with the judge (12 months had gone by since) to have a conference with the opposing lawyer. He went into the meeting totally unprepared to the point where I was the one negotiating with the opposing lawyer. I ended up loosing $150K in the process and he called me the next day to tell me how well things went. His suggestion to keep the divorce amicable was the worst possible advise as I got screwed the next year filing taxes. Recently I asked to file a motion as my ex refuses to return personal items and the gave me an excuse stating how expensive it would be. Absolutely useless.
