1 /5 Stacy DeMarco: Super disappointed. Been trying to get in contact with Karen since Monday afternoon when she said she would run our quote and call me back. Ive called and left messages and finally today called again and got ahold of her, only to be told she told me Monday she would call me today (I wouldnt have agreed to this as our current insurance is up now, 3 days after my initial call) and that she would run our quote and call me back in 20 minutes. That was 1 hour and 46 minutes ago. We just want insurance. We arent trying to be tricky, we arent withholding information, we arent doing anything crazy or difficult, we just want car and home insurance...

1 /5 Sara Tojek: The only person I was able to speak with was an older gentleman who was extremely condescending towards myself and verbally abusive towards the female agent over the phone. I’d give them a worse rating if I could for the terrible customer service I was subjected to. I was all but told that they could not and would not help me, so I suggest taking your business elsewhere
