1 /5 Richard DiNapoli: Very disappointed!! Had court today on April 15th 2025, and was sent a letter for me to call her, and I receive no response or nothing, and then after court my daughters mother, her attorney Tim Burke, were all laughing talking crap not knowing I was listening to the whole convo. I am finding a way to do something about this legally. All this talk should have been done in the court room not outside of it. Her, and the rest of the staff don’t do crap for the kids, and have no care, and then lied, and said she spoke to my child when she didn’t at all. Pathetic!!

1 /5 Emberlyn: Was assigned to my children by the court and did not listen to their wishes. After going on a whole soliloquy telling them about how she would "fight for whatever they wanted. Even if it was ice cream for dinner" she did not, infact, fight for her clients. They told her verbally and through texts multiple times what they wanted. She went along with whatever the judge wanted instead. Now they are doing poorly in school for the first time ever, and having behavioral problems. They felt like she abandoned them and she helped to traumatize children for her own agenda. (Whatever that is, I can only guess is being a judges lapdog) Shes also unprofessional, she only followed up with them at the very last minute during the case: litterally the morning of. She never responded to their texts or returned their phone calls. They were so hopeful that she would help them. They dont understand why she didnt fight for them, but they definitely know that she didnt because she never responded to their texts or phone calls. Do not use this lawyer if youre looking for someone who actually fights for you or your children. She severely lacks a backbone and listening comprehension skills .
