2 /5 S Q: I had a simple real estate matter for which I was specifically referred to K & K by another attorney. Left msg with the curt and unfriendly paralegal and received a call back from one of the attorneys 2 days later, which I just missed taking. After calling back 15 minutes after missing the call, and leaving another message, I have yet to receive a callback now after almost 2 weeks. 2 stars because they are supposedly competent, but 3 deducted for absurdly inadequate and unprofessional communications practices. I have contacted 4 attorneys in Canandaigua and have been treated excellently by all but K & K. Bottom line is there are at least 3 superior law firms 1 block and 1 phone call away.

2 /5 Carol Henshaw: In 2014, my father gave me an advance on my inheritance because tax laws at the time favored that decision. I went to K&K to arrange a trust fund and update my will. That went well. My dad was pleased (and he knew his stuff). But a couple of years ago, I returned to make some changes. The visit went well, I thought. But I never heard anything about signing the new will or terms of the trust, which is necessary to enforce them. Fortunately, I wasn’t billed either. But I’ll be finding a different office to handle my estate (Dad passed in 2016; he would be so disappointed).
