5 /5 C M: Tully Rinckey - and in particular - Mr. Kuhn and his team - are a Godsend. Quite literally. For over a decade, I was plagued with a punitive military discharge. Although I tried for years following leads that I thought would contribute toward having it upgraded - I seemed to hit every dead end imaginable…and had considered giving up on multiple occasions. I was succumbing to simply accepting my fate and began to believe that nobody cared about my ordeal, that there was no resolution to my problem. And then my path crossed with the Tully Rinckey firm - and eventually Mr. Kuhn. Mr. Kuhn presented available options, communicated which he recommended, and helped me to make a decision on how to proceed. After providing him with statements and other documents, Mr. Kuhn prepared and presented the information to the government - but not before making a copy available to me. She is very knowledgeable about the Army System. Mrs. Weber also has a sense of humor similar to mine! Anything having to do with law/regulations is painfully long and slow.
